How Studio pricing works
You pay for trainers. Members choose the app.
- Your plan covers your trainers and the members they program for. Starter is $25 a month for 1 trainer and up to 15 members. Studio is $50 a month for each trainer, and each trainer adds room for 50 members. For every one of those members you can build and assign programs, print or email them, log their sessions, and track their progress, at no extra cost.
- Members who want the app on their own phone pay separately, or you cover them. Your plan doesn't include the member app. A member who wants to log their own training subscribes at the gym rate of $7 a month, which costs you nothing. Or you buy member licenses for them, below. Licenses are optional and added on top of your plan.
Example
A gym with 2 trainers pays $100 a month and can program for up to 100 members. Twenty of them want the app. Either they each pay $7 a month themselves, and the gym still pays $100. Or the gym buys 20 licenses at $5 each ($100), and pays $200 a month in total.

Want your members on the app without asking each one to subscribe? Buy licenses for them, as many or as few as you like. The more you buy, the less each costs.

Is there a free version of Wolfore?
No free tier. Every account gets a 35-day free trial.
Does Wolfore show ads or sell my data?
No. The subscription is the only way we make money.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Every yearly price is ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free. That goes for Wolfore, Studio and member licenses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I export my data?
Yes: a full backup, a readable copy, and a CSV lift log, anytime.
Does it work on iPad and Android?
Yes. iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, with one account.
My gym uses Wolfore Studio. What do I pay?
$7 a month, or nothing if your gym gives you a license.
Does the Studio plan include the app for my members?
No. Your plan covers your trainers and the members you program for: programs, printing, emailing, session logging and progress. Members who want the app on their own phone subscribe at $7 a month, or you buy licenses for them on top of your plan.
Do my members have to use the app?
No. You can print their programs and log their sessions for them.
What happens to a member's data if they leave the gym?
It stays theirs: their sessions, personal records and the programs they trained on.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel anytime.
