Delete Your Account
Wolfore member accounts
You can delete your Wolfore account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the app or on the web. Deletion is permanent, and happens 7 days after you ask: during those 7 days you can sign in and press Keep my account to undo it. Any subscription is cancelled when you ask. After that your account, training history, personal records, and profile are removed and cannot be recovered. If you want a copy of your data, export it from Settings before you delete.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in to Wolfore, in the app or at my.wolfore.com.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm. You’ll get an email with the deletion date.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Signed in, you can delete individual logged workouts from your History, and clear optional profile details (such as bodyweight, goals, or notes for your trainer) in Settings and your profile. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion of specific data.
If you can no longer sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete the account. This path exists for people who have lost access; if you can sign in, the Settings flow above is faster.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleting your account removes your profile, workouts, training history, personal records, and any studio connections. A small record that your email address once had an account is kept for 12 months to prevent free-trial abuse, and records we are legally required to retain (such as payment records held by our payment processor) survive deletion. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
If a gym or studio manages your training in Wolfore, deleting your account removes your data from Wolfore but does not delete records your gym keeps outside the app.
If you run a Studio and are its only admin, delete the Studio or make another trainer an admin first.
